Libby Mark
Managing Principal
Libby has over thirty-five years’ experience in arts and cultural public relations and professional writing. She established Bow Bridge in 2012, with Heather Meltzer, and oversees all client projects, business development, and the firm’s administration. Before co-founding Bow Bridge, Libby was vice president at Jeanne Collins & Associates (JCA), a boutique communications and marketing firm specializing in visual arts and culture. Previously, Libby headed communications and marketing at the American Federation of Arts, working with museums across North America. She held senior positions in the communications and marketing departments at the American Museum of Natural History, The Museum of Modern Art, and American History Workshop following an early career in book publishing. She has served on the Advisory Board of the Art Museum Partnership and is a member of ArtTable, American Alliance of Museums, and the Architectural League.
Heather A. Meltzer
Principal
Heather has decades of experience as a public relations and arts professional working in New York and her native Toronto. She works with Libby to develop and implement campaigns, maintain media relationships, and proactively attend to the clients’ projects. Before co-founding Bow Bridge with Libby, Heather was a senior consulting associate at JCA for five years working on a variety of projects from special exhibitions to museum expansions. Previously, she served as the curator of art for the City of Toronto, director of communications for The Interior Design Show (Toronto), and an arts consultant to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and the Samuel and Saidye Bronfman Family Foundation. She is a member of the American Alliance of Museums and the Architectural League.
Stephanie Markovic
Senior Consulting Associate
Stephanie has been a senior associate at Bow Bridge since 2013, working closely with Libby and Heather on media materials development and outreach. She also assists on communications plan development and implementation. She was a senior associate at JCA for over eight years working on a number of projects and ongoing accounts promoting museum expansions, special exhibitions, public programs, new initiatives, and publications. She was communications manager at the Frick Collection and worked with Libby at the American Federation of Arts.
Tiffany Lee
Consulting Associate
Tiffany joined Bow Bridge in 2013, supporting campaign development and implementation, database management, coverage tracking, and client services. Previously, Tiffany served as senior office manager at one of the largest providers of after-school enrichment programs in New Jersey. Tiffany was a JCA associate for five years and, before that, a curatorial assistant in the Modern and Contemporary Art Department at The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
